Thelma is just the sweetest young lady we've had the pleasure to foster. She has wonderful manners, is always cheerful, and truly appreciates time with people. Thelma gets along fine with other dogs, likes to cuddle, and is laid back in general, but she still has that perky little prance to her step as she walks.
